Zagreb has being work with 7-Eleven Canada for over 7 years and have completed over 150 projects for the company ranging from new stores, tenant improvements, equipment renovations and new gas bars.
Pembina Hwy 7-Eleven was a tenant improvement converting completed in under 6 weeks.
West 4th
West 4th consisted of a major base building renovation, and 3 tenant improvements. This project consisted of demolishing 30% of the building and building an addition to the building while 6 tenants still occupied spaces.
St. Helen's Elementary School
Zagreb completed the fist phase of the rebuild for St. Helen's Elementary School. This new wing provides four classrooms, a learning assistance room, a meeting room, breakout space, washrooms and a small office
